Some of you may already know that they sell Duracoat. I've been ordering from them for years and have never had an issue. The other day I ordered two 4 oz. bottles of paint, each a different color. When they arrived today both bottles were the same color. I called LCW and explained the situation and to my surprise I was told that they would send me the correct bottle free of charge and to keep the other bottle.
I expressed that I didn't want to see them lose money and that it wasn't necessary but the guy on the phone wouldn't hear of it. I had a shipping receipt in my email in less than an hour. :D
